| V W Bro Paul Snape has indicated his wish to step down as Special Representative for the Preston, Chorley and Leyland areas as of Provincial Grand Lodge in April. |
| I fully understand the reasons for his decision as he is now District Grand Prefect of the West Lancashire Allied Masonic Degrees and time for us all is at a premium. |
| Paul has undertaken his duties as Special Representative in exemplary fashion since his appointment in 2012. Six years of full on commitment to the Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Lodges under his care and I extend my grateful thanks to him for his diligence and support of the Province during his tenure of office. Paul has assured me of his continued support and I am sure we all wish him well for the future and success in his new office. |
